ReplyDeletecan u explain to me the different between 3 activities in social perception on page 72. i can't distinguish between categorization, homogenization, and differentiation.
i started confuse when apply this to study case-HY DAIRIES(page 90)..
I assume that is under "differentiation". it is because in the text book, there is mention about "good guy and bad guy".therefore, when apply to study case, i said that the company differentiate according to the performance ability between female and male employees which are good male employees and bad female employees.
i hope madame can explain in detail...
